Get involved

Want to be part of something really special? There are lots of ways you can get involved with Grampians Music Festival.

Be a volunteer

Volunteer expressions of interest are NOW OPEN!

Work two, four-hour shifts over the weekend and you’ll get a free three-day pass, food / drink vouchers, a festival tee and stubby holder, and loads of love and admiration from Team GMF! It’s a bloody fantastic weekend and we’d love to have you on board.

To apply for a volunteer position at GMF 2018:

  1. Please read the .
  2. Complete the .

All applications will be reviewed and a GMF team member will be in contact with you by late October 2017.

Please email if you have any questions regarding the application process or volunteering in general.

Be a busker

Are you a talented muso who wants to get your tunes in front of our guests, locals and visitors to Halls Gap? GMF has a dedicated busker stage (outside the festival compound in the middle of Halls Gap’s shopping area) so register your interest and we’ll be in touch.

Be a DJ

If you’re a whizz on the decks and live in regional Victoria, you need to enter our DJ comp! If you win, you’ll be our resident DJ for the weekend, entertaining our crowds in between acts. Enter the competition by clicking here.

Be a band on our lineup

Expressions of interest have closed for the 2018 festival but we’d love to hear from you for 2019, especially if you’re a local band who’d like to play Local’s Night. Keep an eye on our website, Facebook page and Instagram feed or subscribe to our newsletter and watch for our call for EoIs.

Be on the GMF committee

An incorporated body, the GMF organising committee is a group of dedicated, hard-working locals who are passionate about music, the Grampians and our festival. If you think you have the skills, the time and dedication (let’s face it, organising a festival isn’t a walk in the park!), get in touch with us –
